190 Visa Australia
Visa Subclass 190 is also permanent and suitable for candidates seeking permanent residency. It is different from the visa 189 because it requires an applicant to be nominated by one of the Australian states or territories. You are also required to have a suitable occupation, but it has to be on the skilled shortage list of the Australian state or territory that nominates you. It can be an occupation on either the medium to long-term list or on the short-term list. One of the requirements is that you need to make a commitment to work and live in the state or territory that nominates you for a minimum of two years. How does the nomination work? You must be nominated by the governmental agency in one of the states or territories before an invitation from the Department can be issued.
